Ingredients:
For the Base:
1 batch roti canai dough or pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
For the Topping:
2 cups flat noodles (cooked)
1 cup bean sprouts
2 eggs
1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, or your choice)
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the roti canai dough or pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Stir-Fry Noodles: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the seafood and stir-fry until cooked through. Toss in the cooked flat noodles and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for a few more minutes. Push the mixture to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side.
