For the Topping:

2 cups flat noodles (cooked)

1 cup bean sprouts

2 eggs

1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, or your choice)

2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 tbsp chili sauce (adjust to taste)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the roti canai dough or pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Stir-Fry Noodles: Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add the seafood and stir-fry until cooked through. Toss in the cooked flat noodles and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for a few more minutes. Push the mixture to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side. Once cooked, mix everything together. Season with sweet soy sauce and chili sauce to taste.

Assemble the Pizza: Spread the noodle mixture evenly over the prepared dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Slice and serve hot!

Pro Tip:

For an extra kick, sprinkle some crushed chili flakes on top before baking.
