1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 block firm tofu, cubed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For Serving:
200g rice vermicelli or noodles
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Bean sprouts
Lime wedges
Sliced red chilies (optional)
Instructions:
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Toss with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onions until translucent.
