Ingredients:

For the Tart Shell:

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ¼ cup cocoa powder

- ½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1 egg yolk

- 2 tbsp ice water

For the Toasted Marshmallow Fluff:

- 1 cup mini marshmallows

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Spiced Apple Cider Glaze:

- 1 cup apple cider

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- ½ tsp ground nutmeg

- 2 tbsp brown sugar

For the Topping:

- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, combine flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Add butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg yolk and pulse to combine. Gradually add ice water until the dough comes together.

Press the dough into a tart pan and chill for 30 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes, then allow to cool completely.

Place the mini marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil on high for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and toasted. Remove and set aside to cool.

In a saucepan, simmer the apple cider over medium heat. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Stir occasionally, cooking until the glaze reduces by half and thickens (about 10-15 minutes). Let cool to room temperature.

Spread the toasted marshmallow fluff over the cooled tart shell. Drizzle with the spiced apple cider glaze and top with graham cracker crumbs for an added crunch.

Slice and enjoy the ultimate cozy dessert! Perfect for fall gatherings, Thanksgiving, or a special treat anytime you want a sweet escape.
